1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within [30 days] of the delivery date. After this period, we cannot accept returns.

1.1 Exceptions

Certain items are non-returnable:

  • Sale or Clearance Items: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customized or Personalized Items: Custom orders, including personalized shirts, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Service team at returns@shirtsacrossthepond.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to proceed with your return.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and tags. Include the RAN and a copy of your receipt in the package. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

2.1 Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Prepaid Shipping Label: If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within [5-7 business days] to your original method of payment.

3.1 Refund Details

  • Full Refund: Eligible returns will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s) excluding original shipping costs.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and availability of the replacement item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide a photo and description of the issue to expedite the process.

6. International Returns
